Terms of Service — CortexFlow AI (Koc Technologies)

1. Agreement to Terms

By using the CortexFlow service, CLI, or MCP servers operated by Koc Technologies Inc. (mcankoc.xyz), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Ownership of Generated Code

You retain 100% full, exclusive intellectual property ownership of all source code, AST refactors, and pull requests generated by CortexFlow. Koc Technologies claims zero copyright, royalty, or licensing rights over customer codebase artifacts.

3. Acceptable Use

You may not use CortexFlow to generate malicious payloads, decompile restricted proprietary code without authorization, or violate applicable software distribution laws.
