2. Zero Data Retention & AI Model Non-Training Agreement

We never use customer proprietary source code, AST trees, or telemetry to train, retrain, or improve machine learning models.

CortexFlow routes reasoning queries to Anthropic's Commercial API under strict Zero Data Retention (ZDR) terms. Source code tokens are transmitted over TLS 1.3 encrypted connections solely to generate deterministic AST patches and are immediately expunged from memory buffers upon request completion.

3. Information We Collect

Account credentials (Work email address, authenticated Git OAuth tokens).
Audit telemetry (Time of analysis, number of AST nodes verified, pass/fail status).
Payment details processed securely by third-party processors.
